I support non-arts related organizations and entities that work with artists, host artist residencies, or hope to integrate art more deeply into the work that they do. I support with any stage of the arts integration process, including working through challenges like staff buy-in; facilitating stronger communication and collaboration between artist and institution; and building internal capacity for exploring nontraditional ideas, creative experimentation, and process-oriented work.

Creativity and intentional play can build stronger relationships and connections within groups, prompt more engaging conversations and help people to feel more comfortable brainstorming new and innovative ideas and taking risks. I can support with envisioning and operationalizing creative participatory engagements for small groups or public events. This could include participatory team meetings designed to foster creative ideating and collaboration, or using art-based strategies to engage community members in a collective visioning or co-creative project.
